Oh, how I wish I had taken a dip in this before leaving the Center today. I headed out here to help Jer and the other OneReel IT staff drop cables into various locations. I'm not sure what happened, but about half a block from Mercer and 5th, I got SO HOT. I had to stop by 7-11 to get a Slurpee (which made me sick) and lots of cold water (which made me feel okay for the bike ride after I got sick from the Slurpie).

Hope all of you have having a good un today. It's super nice out. I think it'll be a lazy relaxing day for me.

Here's a snap of my hunny bunny bike that I use on my commute to and from work. She's a heavy beasty, and is a mountain bike, but I love her anyhow. Note the stickers "Baby Jesus", the Threadless hearts, and the Open BSD fishies.

I know I haven't posted any knitting things lately. It's been really hard to get into the mood with summer here and all. But now that it's starting to get a little cooler, I'm excited about picking it up again. This is eventually going to be a pair of legwarmers. The pattern comes from this book:

I did this on Sunday. I like the roughness of it, and might just show it at a show I'm doing this January. Should be a lot of fun! :)

I am coming up on my 3 month anniversary in starting to ride my bike to and from work. I know, I know... 3 months isn't a long time. But heck, it's a great start. Especially for someone as ADD as I am. :)

Today my corworkers, Jer, and me went to a Mariners game. It was awesome, sunny, perfect weather, but the Mariners lost. It, nonetheless was an awesome time had by all.

Dude, I so can't imagine this. So much so that I wasted 20 minutes in Gimp to bring you this.

Nope, don't see it at all.
